Students were browsing, shortlisting and enquiring—but not committing to booking. With so many accommodation options available, two major blockers were slowing conversions: Lack of urgency – students delayed decisions until late in the season Choice overload – too many housing options made it hard for students to choose confidently Vita needed a way to cut through the noise, build trust faster, and drive action earlier in the student booking journey.

The Solution

Vita partnered with SHOUT to launch a creator-led content strategy focused on social proof and student experience. Instead of polished corporate ads, we used authentic voices from real students to build credibility and accelerate decisions. We activated student creators already living in London to produce content such as: Walkthrough Vlogs – room tours, facility highlights, location benefits Day-in-the-Life Videos – showcasing lifestyle, community and convenience Testimonial Stories – why they chose Vita vs other London accommodation Decision Help Content – “Is it worth it?” and “What I wish I knew before booking” This creator-led approach gave prospective students real insight into life at Vita, helping them make confident, faster booking decisions—while positioning Vita as a premium, trusted choice.
